I appreciate Mia's agility. She was able to change her plans quickly so I could get a private viewing before an open house. I was the first offer which was my goal. I think that was a key factor in getting an accepted offer so quickly, especially on long island. She is also fast with the paper work once you tell her what you want to do. I have been talking about selling for a while...it was time. However I was extremely nervous. I had a unique property in Smithown and I was looking to down size. From start to finish it was easy and exciting, even with the bumps that come with selling and buying at the same time. What can I say other than Mia is my best friend of 20 years and has been practicing real estate for at least 10 of those years. So when it came time when Mom lost her husband and was ready to move to Florida to be with her children there was no other person to help us but Mia. To say she knows her stuff is an understatement.
